Share this article. EMIS is to withdraw its EMIS LV and EMIS PCS systems from use in England within the next 12 months. The move follows new NHS England GP systems of choice (GPSoC) requirements which will be implemented from 1 April 2014. EMIS decided that neither EMIS LV nor EMIS PCS can be developed to meet the new requirements.
